Reginald Sneasel
Reginald is an excuse for Chris to remove Punchy from being paired up with Angelica. He is a Sneasel who wears a headband. His inclusion is highly confusing as he is introduced shortly after Simonla announces she wants to name her hypothetical son "Reginald".
In the Comic
Reginald is a Sneasel that is in comic during episode 19, he is in love with Layla and tries to steal her from Punchy, despite being a pokemon rather than just out-right beating up Punchy, Reginald tries to stop them by cutting the power on Punchy's computer.
Love Quest
Reginald, upon setting eyes on Layla for the first time decides that it is truly meant to be and is confident that they are meant for each other.
Unfortunatly their teacher has other plans and much to his dismay, Reginald sees Layla paired up with Punchy.
After trying (and failing) to thwart the growing affections between the two, Reginald is approached by Angelica and admits defeat and pretty much settles for Angelica because he couldnt get the girl he wanted originally.

As a Mary Sue
Like Chris himself, Reginald is in his late 20's. Similar to Chris's situation with Sarah Hammer, Reginald is jealous when Layla gets paired up with another guy that isn't him.
