According to CWCipedia, the Samurai Pizza Bots are a cadre of Transformers who protect the city of CWCville from enemy attack. Since they didn't appear until Sonichu #9, one wonders why the hell these giant combat robots haven't been helping Christian and Sonichu not get their heads kicked in by a variety of implausible super-villains in the comic before that.

If you're wondering about the retarded name, there is actually a plausible reason for it, (as opposed to the other strangeness in the comic like wooden badges being delicious for instance.) The name is actually a ripoff of a relatively obscure anime called Samurai Pizza Cats, about a gang of furries who protect Japan while running a pizzeria. Chris liked this concept so much, that he felt the need to steal it and incorporate it into his comics, by making the CWCville Autobots maintain disguises as pizza delivery vehicles, complete with the ability to holographically project drivers who would deliver the pizza personally to customers. Holograms do not work that way, but by this point that little detail is nowhere close to being the stupidest part of this idea.

So who are these guys again?
A Jerkop is Chris's name for either a mall security guard or an "evil" police officer. The word itself is a portmanteau of "JERK" and "cop." Female Jerkops are sometimes called Janekops.
Son-Chu
Son-Chu
Chris included the Jerkops in his comics, where they served as the villainous private army of Mary Lee Walsh, until Sonichu liberates them from Mary's control in Sonichu #10

Son-Chu is Chris's own personal transformer. In typical Chris fashion, since the car is his, that means it is naturally the leader of the CWCville Autobots and has the most prominence in the comics, as well as being the only transformer to be spared the indignity of being reffered to as a Samurai Pizza Bot. No, instead, Chris refers to his transformer as the leader of the "Virginia Autobot Squad".
Creation of a Jerkop
According to the CWCipedia, Jerkops are normal men and women who ended up attending Slaweel Ryam's school, known as "Prowldent Virginia Community College." Upon entering the school for the first day, they are unwittingly infected with "brainwashing powder" that subconsciously affects them. They can live normal lives, but once Slaweel has need for them, she'll activate the brainwashing, and the Jerkops will don their uniforms and go cockblock Chris.

The reason for this is probably that while Son-Chu still has the same stupid logo as the other Autobots, he doesn't actually have a day job delivering pizzas. Son-Chu is instead Chris's own personal transportation. In vehicle mode, he takes the form of the blue '94 Ford Escort car that Chris drives in real life. Like the other Autobots, he has the ability to project a hologram of a driver into his seat in vehicle mode to maintain disguise, and being Chris's personal car, he creates a hologram of Chris for this purpose.
As seen in Chris's earlier documentation, the Jerkops also make use of a "Hypno-Gun" to add to their numbers, since they have such a hard time reproducing. In describing the hypno-gun, Chris made it very clear that the Jerkop brainwashing only worked on "slow-in-the-minds", and others of lesser intelligence. It wasn't until Sonichu #9 where any mention was made of the idea of un-brainwashing the Jerkops, and even then Chris makes clear that his Electric Hedgehog Pokémon have managed to actually kill several of the completely innocent retards in their fights.

In fighting mode, he completely changes most of his entire design. While normally a Ford Escort, his body still changes into the front of a Dodge Viper in robot form anyway, and while dark blue before, while transformed he becomes yellow and battery blue. Notably, this is the same color scheme often associated with Sonichu himself, who is mostly yellow and has blue shoes. This may be the reason why the Autobot is named Son-Chu in the first place. As far as weapons go, Chris's description of him on CWCipedia says that his roof can become a shield, while his hood can become either a "Plasma Pistol" or an "Energon Sword". He is described as being "Quick footed, well armored" and with a "Strong personality under his hood". Note that no such personality is shown in the comic.
Whatever the previous method of un-brainwashing the Jerkops that Sonichu and company manage not to outright murder, it becomes a moot point in Sonichu #10, when Ultra Sonichu uses his nigh-omnipotence to supposedly cure all Jerkops everywhere forever.

For some ungodly reason, he can also transform into a concert stage, which he does in Sonichu #10 to help Christian and the Hedgehog Boys play a live performance, with their music being so unbelievebly bad that it actually causes 9/11. At this point, it is debatable whether or not Son-Chu is really a Decepticon agent in disguise, a theory leant credence by the fact that Megatron is clearly also in Chris's servitude.
Interestingly, while Chris's later CWCipedia articles would explain that the Jerkops were simply brainwashed normal humans, his earlier documentation on Jerkops, particularly the "Backyard Safari" feature in Sonichu #4, seem to imply that Jerkops are anything but normal, saying that most, though not all of them were hideously deformed. He says that they wear black pants to cover their "agil [sic], yet ugly legs; viens [sic], hair, and sores oh, my!", that they have "sausage feet", and that some of them are forced to wear a black glove on one hand to disguise the fact that one of their fingers fell off while they were growing up. Why so many Jerkops coincidentally seem to have had fingers simply fall off at an unspecified time in childhood is never explained.

Notably, Son-Chu appeared before any of the other robots in the comic, though not as a transformer. He made several cameos throughout the series in vehicle mode before he and the Samurai Pizza Bots' first proper appearance, being first seen at the end of Sonichu #0.
It's never quite clear why most Jerkops suffer from these conditions, but Chris has many times expressed the sentiment that the mentally disabled and physically deformed are interchangeable. Given that Chris established that only slow-in-the-minds can be made into Jerkops, it's entirely possible that them all being deformed is just Chris's prejudice against the disabled shining through.

Prower
Police?
Prower (sometimes spelled Prowler) is another of the Samurai Pizza Bots, holding the distinctions of being one of the only two transformers to have an "owner" and the only one to be owned by a Sonichu. He is also the sole justification for the "Samurai" part of the Samurai Pizza Bots' name.

For some reason, Chris decided to elaborate more on Prower than any of the other Autobots, giving him an established backstory on the CWCipedia article for Punchy Sonichu, his owner, in a short backstory subsection called Friends of the Fist. The story explains how Punchy and Prower first met, which basically boils down to Punchy noticing a motorcycle in a cave, talking to it, and it talking back. They then decide to be partners for some reason, and that's why Punchy suddenly has a samurai robot motorcycle working for him in Sonichu #9.
While a common misconception is that Chris is essentially delivering a verbose "Fuck tha Police" through the Jerkop characters, he clarifies in Sonichu #5 that brown (mall security) is wrong, while more common black and blue (police officers) are TRUE and HONEST. A lot of what Chris wrote about the Jerkops is a feeble effort to undermine the authority of private security staff by comparing them unfavorably with the police. So in mocking the Jerkops' "cracker" badges and hyping "the true police people", Chris ironically puts the police on a pedestal.

Being the most fleshed out character of Chris's shitty transformers lineup however is countered by Prower also being the most obvious ripoff of the bunch. He is a blatant copy of the Autobot cyber-ninja Prowl from Transformers Animated, sharing such qualities as their samurai armor which becomes a sidecar, their similar names, their vehicle modes, and the fact that both are ninjas, both supposedly rely on stealth, both use holographic images and both use shurikens to fight.
That said, Chris holds a very narrow definition of what a "true" police officer is. When describing the origins of the Jerkops on CWCipedia, Chris again points out that they wore uniforms "OF COLORS OTHER THAN BLUE OR BLACK." This seems to be a major sticking point for Chris regardless of his past run-ins with the law. As far as he's apparently concerned, the color of a cop's uniform is the sole signifier of his authority, even though many police officers wear brown or white uniforms whether Chris approves or not. Whatever he was wearing at the time, Marcus Baggett was definitely a real police officer when he arrested Chris in 2004. Nevertheless, Chris still lumped him into the same category as all the security guards who gave him a hard time. So, according to Chris, cops are only okay as long as they wear blue and black AND they don't try to arrest him for breaking the law.

The source of Prower's name is a complete mystery. While it has an obvious basis in the name Prowl, his inspiration, why Chris chose to drop the 'L' is never made clear. The name is confirmed not to be a typo like Chrs-Chan Pure Pulse-Jolt Lance was for instance, because it is used multiple times in the comic and that is the name his CWCipedia article went by, meaning the alternate spelling of "Prowler" sometimes used is more likely to be the typo that "Prower" is. The strange spelling has been claimed by trolls over time to being everything from a racist joke about how Asians would pronounce "Prowler" to a reference to Tails from the Sonic the Hedgehog series, who's last name is also Prower. To this day, nothing has been confirmed.
While CWCville has a police department in Sonichu, they rarely ever appear, except to support Chris and Sonichu while they defend the city instead. In Sonichu #5 Chris dismisses them from the battlefield as soon as he arrives, and in Sonichu #9 they're only mentioned as part of the city's defenses. Finally, in Sonichu #10, Chris introduces Constables Gerald Grant and Louis Perez, when Magi-Chan sends them to check Inos into a soup hotel.

Bumble-Lumba
Appearance and characteristics
The most assuredly retarded Bumblebee ripoff. Other than the fact he fights Jerkops and Decepti-Clones like all the other Saumrai Pizza Bots and that he transforms into a yellow and green '09 Camaro, ("Bug-Car" according to Chris), nobody knows anything about him. Not even Chris cares enough to elaborate on what kind of weapons he uses in Bumble-Luma's own CWCipedia article. He just delivers pizzas, fights, and transforms. That's it.

Excelina
Jerkops typically resemble human beings wearing red, white, or brown police-style uniforms. As mentioned above, they usually sport physical deformities or other unattractive features, such as sores or visible veins. Being brainwashed, they're also completely loyal to Mary Lee Walsh and the PVCC. For unclear reasons, this brainwashing also makes them look constantly angry and makes them only ever think "evil and naughty thoughts". Chris explains most of this in Sonichu #4:

The token female transformer and obvious ripoff of the movie version of Arcee. Excelina probably derives her name from either the Excelina of Steel Angel Kurumi or Excel from Excel Saga, which Chris has parodied before. She also hints of certain elements of the Power Rangers Zeo villain Archerina.

Her vehicle mode is that of a motorcycle, (of what make and model Chris never says), and comes with a blatantly obvious female hologram "rider". Men are courteously informed that she is just a hologram, just in case you thought Chris's art had gotten even worse. She is also the hologram mentioned above which somehow manages to carry pizza into a store despite not even having a physical presence. Chris claims on her CWCipedia article that she knows all the shortcuts across CWCville, and that she can reach anywhere in the city in less than ten seconds, a speed that neither Sonic nor Sonichu have matched so far.
Rank and file Jerkops are depicted in an even simpler fashion than the other background characters in the Sonichu comics. Their legs are often held tightly together, as if they move via tiny wheels on the undersides of their feet. They have plain, curved, vase-like white bodies. Their female counterparts, Janekops, look about the same, except for their prominent breasts and neck-length hairstyles.

She is described in combat as being "Slick, cool and full of style in her attacks" and "Strong-Fisted Up-Close". Her main weapon is said to be "Sniper-Style", but she "needs space" to use it.
Chris would later elaborate on the Jerkop uniforms on the CWCipedia. White uniforms were for low-class Jerkops, such as new recruits. Red uniforms were for an intermediate rank, possessing "Good Amount of Expierences and Combat Skills." Finally, brown uniforms were for the highest class, including Jerkhiefs and Jerkop Daitenzens such as Bagget.

All this is irrelevant however, as her lack of personality or any interesting design to distinguish her from the other Autobots means she will forever be remembered by trolls and Sonichu fans as the one Chris decided to draw with a robot vagina.
Jerkop variants
Armoraxe
As well as the regular versions that Chris and his characters fight in large numbers throughout the series, several other variants of the standard Jerkop have shown up in the comics.

The apparant sub-leader of the group, acting in the same way to Son-Chu that Wild does to Magi-Chan, the Armoraxe robot is supposedly named for his tough armor and sharp axe. Unfortunately, Armoraxe does not use an axe, but instead a giant guitar that transforms into a plasma rifle. This motif with the guitar makes him a rather obvious ripoff of Soundwave from Transformers Animated. Chris describes him as a "real Guitar Hero", and claims that "when he Plays that Beat, HE WAILS!!!", whatever that means.
Janekops
Female Jerkops. Chris suggested the possibility of female Jerkops in Sonichu #4, by describing a "Hypno-gun" the Jerkops use to transform retarded people into new Jerkops. Presumably, then, any Janekop would be a female victim of such a weapon. Jerkops with tits would be seen standing guard at PVCC in Sonichu #7, so these are most likely the same Janekops Chris suggested earlier.

His vehicle form is that of a minivan, perhaps more specifically a Scion xB, (though Chris described it as a "Heavy Beat Van"). In his robot form, he carries a boombox on its shoulders and wields a guitar. Due to Chris's lack of artistic talent, it is difficult to discern if his face is on the boombox itself or if he has a separate head that is in front of it.
Why female Jerkops are not named the same as their male counterparts isn't ever said, but Chris most likely felt the need to give them a different name because his use of the word JERKS to describe anyone refers to men exclusively.

In yet another example out of thousands that show how shitty Chris's comic is, when Chris took down the 4-cent_garbage.com building in Sonichu #10 through the power of rock, Chris showed up in Son-Chu instead of Armoraxe, and Son-Chu turned into a mobile rock stage. He didn't bring along Armoraxe at all. Armoraxe's entire raison d'être is that he's a walking talking robotic sound system with a guitar, and the one fucking time he could have been at all useful, Chris chose to use his shitwagon instead.
Mecha-Jerkops
Also note that Soundwave is actually a Decepticon, and yet his ripoff is an Autobot. If Soundwave were real, he'd feel insulted by this.
Robotic minions of the Jerkops, the Mecha-Jerkops first appeared in Sonichu #3. Humanoid in appearance, the Mecha-Jerkops are about half the size of normal humans, and are dressed and armed to resemble human Jerkops in every other respect. Because of this, and Chris's inconsistent depiction of scale and perspective, it is difficult to distinguish Mecha-Jerkops from their organic counterparts, and they may have appeared in subsequent issues without being named.

In Sub-Episode 4, "McAttack Part 1", B-Manajerk explains that the Jerkhief informed him of Chris and his Love Quest. To help the Manajerks at Mal-Wart defeat Chris, the Jerkhief sent a pair of Mecha-Jerkops to help the B-Manajerk, and his partner, the Merried Seinor Comic. Before the Mecha-Jerkops could act however, they were cut down by Darkbind Sonichu, who had come to aid Chris in his battle.

So where the fuck have they been?
The Mecha-Jerkops were never referenced again after that issue.
At this point you're probably wondering where the hell they've been since the beginning of the comic, and that's a damn good question. At first, one would assume that the Autobots first showed up around about the time Chris got lost in the Time Void. They could have been called in as extra support after Chris got lost, or perhaps they coincidentally ended up there while persuing Decepticons and decided to stay and help the city. Logical conclusion, right?

BUT WAIT! Then however, you realise that the leader of this particular group of Autobots is Son-Chu, who transforms into Chris's car, and Chris had that same crappy Ford Escort all the way back in Sonichu #0, which through retcons Chris has already established took place years before Sonichu #9, and they haven't shown up at all in the time between those dates.
Equipment
MY WOODEN BADGE WAS DELICIOUS

Okay then, so maybe these aren't exactly the same Autobots that appeared in the regular Transformers universe. Perhaps these particular transformers were purpose built in CWCville by a team of scientists specifically so they could defend the city once Chris left, and maybe they just used Chris's car as one of many used to build the robots and designated him the leader once they all went online. That's pretty far fetched, but it sort of makes sense.

BUT WAIT! What about Prower? He wasn't made in a lab or workshop by CWCville scientists, to defend the city. He definitely came from out of town. Punchy found him alone in a cave behind a waterfall, and he claimed to have ended up there coming back from a battle with Decepticons outside the city. Plus, it was only by accident and his agreement he ended up working with Punchy to save the city at all. So he must be the alien kind of transformer.
Jerkops, in addition to their various differently colored uniforms, are also identified by their faux police badges, made of crackers, glitter glue, and tree bark.

Well then...Maybe some of them are alien robots and some are built in CWCville? Wait no, that doesn't make sense either. The transformers of regular continuity would never let some derivative robot build by humans to take authority over them. They have standards after all.
In terms of weaponry, most Jerkops carry a stale breadstick, in place of a traditional nightstick. The Jerkops also used handcuffs on at least one occasion, although this may not be standard issue. The Jerkhief carries a "metal slingshot" and sometimes wears a suit of armor. Bagget, Jerkop Daitenzen, wields a sword, and his costume comes with a Power Rangers-esque helmet. His uniform seems resilient enough to protect him from the worst of Chris-Chan Sonichu's electrical attacks.

Given all this conflicting information about the possible origins of these guys, the only conclusion that makes any degree of sense is that the real Autobots use CWCville as a dumping ground for rejects and other Autobots too stupid to live, and Chris's government just rolls with it and places the rejects under the command of their own retarded robots. Thus was born the Samurai Pizza Bots, a squad of transforming Autobots so unbelievebly stupid that Optimus Prime ranks them below retarded robot dinosaurs and blatantly offensive racist caricatures, which says a lot about their competence as heroes. No wonder Chris thought they were a good idea.
The Jerkops also employ several Transformers for transportation and battle, collectively known as the Decepti-Clones. These include "Punislavs", which transform into brown police cruisers, "Scoundrals [sic] as Vessels", which transform into armored S.U.V.s, and "Crackders", which transform into dark blue jet planes. The Crackder model proved instrumental in Bagget's capture of Chris in Sonichu #4.

That *&^%$ SHATTERED MY HEART AND MURDERED MY SOUL. And it wasn't just her, the Policemen Imposters in Brown, White and Red, AKA The Jerkops (Blue and Black ARE the TRUE POLICE SOLDIERS) also seriously indented the impression that "Virgina is for Virgins, NOT Lovers".
A REAL AMERICAN HERO

A Jerkop is Chris's name for either a mall security guard or an "evil" police officer. The word itself is a portmanteau of "JERK" and "cop." Female Jerkops are sometimes called Janekops.[1]

Chris included the Jerkops in his comics, where they served as the villainous private army of Mary Lee Walsh, until Sonichu liberates them from Mary's control in Sonichu #10

Whatever the previous method of un-brainwashing the Jerkops that Sonichu and company manage not to outright murder, it becomes a moot point in Sonichu #10, when Ultra Sonichu uses his nigh-omnipotence to supposedly cure all Jerkops everywhere forever.

It's never quite clear why most Jerkops suffer from these conditions, but Chris has many times expressed the sentiment that the mentally disabled and physically deformed are interchangeable.[2][3] Given that Chris established that only slow-in-the-minds can be made into Jerkops, it's entirely possible that them all being deformed is just Chris's prejudice against the disabled shining through.

Police?

And so, I urge you the citizens of CWCville to remember, with the police, only black and blue are true; all other colors are VICE!

Appearance and characteristics

Some Jerkops watch Chris-Chan Sonichu levitate in a 2004 short.

Let's look at one on this illustration. Now here, we see its head is a basic human shape, but it only thinks evil and naughty thoughts. Note, its eyes are frowning; the [sic] stay that way 24/7. With this face, they rarely attract any women. This "badge" is a phony; it's really a cracker, covered in glitter-glue. It wards away all who approach it with its out-of-date breadstick. They wear basic black pants to cover their agil [sic], yet ugly legs; viens [sic], hair, and sores oh, my! Some, not all, wear a black gove [sic] to cover the spot where one finger fell of [sic] as it grew up. They wear brown shoes, because of their sausage feet.

Chris would later elaborate on the Jerkop uniforms on the CWCipedia. White uniforms were for low-class Jerkops, such as new recruits. Red uniforms were for an intermediate rank, possessing "Good Amount of Expierences and Combat Skills." Finally, brown uniforms were for the highest class, including Jerkhiefs and Jerkop Daitenzens such as Bagget.[4]

Jerkop variants

You have the right to remain sexayyyyy

As well as the regular versions that Chris and his characters fight in large numbers throughout the series, several other variants of the standard Jerkop have shown up in the comics.

Why female Jerkops are not named the same as their male counterparts isn't ever said, but Chris most likely felt the need to give them a different name because his use of the word JERKS to describe anyone refers to men exclusively.

Mecha-Jerkops

Like Robocop, only... no, actually, they're nothing like Robocop at all.

The Mecha-Jerkops were never referenced again after that issue.

Jerkops, in addition to their various differently colored uniforms, are also identified by their faux police badges, made of crackers, glitter glue, and tree bark.[5]

Weaknesses

This is how Chris deals with people who tell him to GTFO.

As demonstrated by Chris in the comic, the best way to reduce those who prevent you from violating the law to a quivering pile of jelly is a good kick in the balls, or as Chris calls it, the "Sourdough region." The lowest levels of Jerkop require only a single kick, while higher-level Jerkops such as the Jerkhief may require as many as five kicks, because their fat absorbs the impact.
