The Knights
Basically they're a bunch of socks made by Noah to fit the random nature of C-197 as laid out in Chris' insane ramblings. No two socks are characters from the same show either, see below:

So basically they convinced Chris that they're protecting him. Meaning that he believes a character from an ancient Nicktoon, some guy from an obscure French cartoon that only autists know about, and a pre-Somali era pirate from an annoying as hell Australian preschooler show are joining Carrie in C-197 to protect his psychic powers and serve him as their "CPU Goddess".
