Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. (born 20 November 1942) is an American politician, the former Vice President under Barack Obama, and the President-Elect after defeating Donald Trump in the 2020 election. He is due to become the 46th American president on 20 January 2021 instead of Lisa Simpson, who Chris voted for and believes will become POTUS after the Dimensional Merge occurs (although he's more than happy to be rid of Trump).

When asked what he thought about Biden in 2009, Chris said "Joe is doing what he can."[1]
