January is the first month of 2014. It started off just as previous months have, with little activity from Chris. However, on the 10th, the Chandlers' hoarding apparently finally caught up with them, when their house was damaged by what Chris claims to be an electrical fire. The extent of the damage is currently unknown, though none is apparent in the brief news report done on the incident.
Events of January 2014
- 3 January - Chris reviews his church on Facebook. He gives the church five stars and says that "the church is full of kind people who have a sense of care for others, UNLIKE the rest of Charlottesville, VA and Ruckersville, VA, who are snobbish, unfriendly and uncaring." This may suggest that Chris has begun regularly attending church again.
- 4 January - Chris posts on Facebook about Pokemon, rants against the trolls and the CWCki. He also claims to weigh 202 pounds.
- 10 January -Chris's home sustains major structural damage in an early-morning house fire.
