April 2012 has seen more fallout from the 28 October 2011 incident, as well as some activity from Chris' Facebook page, but on a brighter note it appears Chris is no longer a virgin with rage.

- 1 April - Chris writes An Open Note on Facebook.
- 3 April - Chris changes his PSN status to "I am Christian" and buys more Vita games.
- 5 April - Chris and Barb have another hearing at 1:00 p.m. Trespassing and assault are dismissed, Grand Jury to decide felony hit and run. Michael Snyder's protection order was granted against both Chris and Barb, potentially equating to jail time if either of them trespass again.
- 8 April - A leaked Facebook status update reveals that Chris claims to have lost his virginity on a recent Sunday.
- 12 April - Chris deletes his viriginity-loss claim.
- 14 April - Chris deletes the Facebook Note confirming that he had lost his virginity.
- 16 April - After a two year absence, Chris returns to Twitter to wish death upon Michael Snyder and also deletes all his followers.
- 16 April - Chris and Barbara appeared before a grand jury at 9:30 a.m.Chris and Barbara are then indicted on felony charges from the 28th October Incident and will be arraigned on July 10th.
