- 26 June - A 5-bedroom, 4-bath property in Big Island, VA is transferred to both a LLC and Caden Peck for $235,000,[3][4] which later becomes Chris's residence.
- 27 June - The two-year anniversary of the beginning of Chris's affair with his own mother.
