This decade marks the beginning of Chris's fail-tastic obcession with Sonic and Pokemon which would one day lead to the abomination that is Sonichu.

- This year - Chris is abused by the teachers at Nathanel Greene Elementary School. [1]
- This year - Christophers father, Robert Chandler, takes abusive teachers to court, but fails.[2]
- This year - Chris is removed from school and home-schooled untill 1993.[3]
- February 24 - Christian's 8th birthday.

- This year - Christopher is first introduced to Sonic the Hedgehog.[4]
- February 24 - Christian's 9th birthday.

- February 24 - Christian's 10th birthday.

- Summer - The Chandler family moves to Chesterfield county.[5]
- August/September - Christopher starts attending Providence Middle School, entering the sixth grade.[6]
- Autumn - Christopher enters Sonic the Hedgehog Watch & Win Sweepstakes.[7]

- Winter - Christopher changes his name to Christian.
- February 24 - Christian's 12th birthday.
- February 26 - Christian wins Sonic the Hedgehog Watch & Win Sweepstakes.[8]
- August/September - Christian enters the seventh grade at Providence Middle School.

- February 24 - Christian's 13th birthday.
- August/September - Christian enters the eighth grade at Providence Middle School.
1996

- February 24 - Christian's 14th birthday.
- Late Spring - Christian graduates from Providence Middle School on honour roll.[9]
- August/September - Christian begins his freshman year at Manchester High School.[10]

- February 24 - Christian's 15th birthday.
- June - Christian allegedly had a prophetic dream about Sonic the Hedgehog apearing on GameBoy.[11]
- August/September - Christian begins his sophomore year at Manchester High School.

- February 24 - Christian's 16th birthday.
- May 15 - Song of Christian released.[12]
- June 4 - Christian makes his Lego Raceway Animation.[13]
- August/September - Christian begins his junior year at Manchester High School.
1999

- February 24 - Christian's 17th birthday.
- July 3 - Christian launches his first website. It is Pokémon-themed.[14]
- August/September - Christian begins his senior year at Manchester High School.
- September - Christian writes his own myth - "How the Pokemon came into Our Poke Balls". According to Christian, his English teacher thought it was great.[15]
- October 13 - Christian launches the news section on his new pokémon site.[16]
- October 16 - Christian is featured in PokéNews. Dressed up as Ash.[17]
- October 30 - Christian publishes "How the Pokemon came into Our Poke Balls" on his pokémon site.[18]
