On August 29 2000, Chris launches the CWC Sonichu site.
The year 2000 is the year that Christian Weston Chandler turned 18 years old.
The year 2000 is iconic for the Sonichu fanbase, as it was the year that Christian thought up Sonichu whilst making a mix-cd. Christian however, didn't start making Sonichu comics untill 2004.
In 2000 Christian graduated from high school, and started attending PVCC.

February
- February 14 - Chris writes Valentines Day Hymn, a poem, and creates a collage to go with it.
- February 19 - Chris and his mom prepare for his birthday party.
- February 20 - Christian and his mom prepare for his birthday party.
- February 24 - Christian's 18th birthday. Christian has pepperoni pizza and Pepsi, along with watching Good Burger, with his Gal-Pals at home.
March
- March 17 - Sonichu is born.
April
- April 24 - Christian starts making his self-documentary A Week With Christian Chandler.
- April 29 - Christian signs up with the Pokémon league.
- April 30 - Christian writes that the Chandler family is moving back to Ruckersville. Christian helps moving boxes.
May
- May 1 - Christian prints the cover for his Christian's favorite hits CD.
- May - Christian takes his mother to senior prom.
- May - Christian graduates from Manchester High School on honor roll. He throws a hissy-fit.
July
- July 17 - On his Pokémon site, Christian declares that his family is finally finished moving to Ruckersville.
August
- August 29 - According to Chris, this is the day his CWC Sonichu site was launched.
- August 30 - Sonichu's News Dash Preview issue #00 comes out. Christian announces his CWC Sonichu site.

- September - Christian starts attending Piedmont Virginia Community College.
- September 4 - Sonichu's News Dash Preview issue #01 comes out. Bionic the Hedgehog is first mentioned.
