October is the 10th month of 2015. It marked the first court date for the 26 December 2014 incident since July 2015. Instead of being delayed yet again, this turned out to be the real deal--Chris was found guilty, and was let off with a fine of $541 and a suspension sentence of 180 days (the sentence of which will only be carried out if Chris gets in trouble with the law again during the probation period). Local Kiwi Farmers also reported that Chris's ban from the Fashion Square Mall was lifted (except for the bans put into effect by the businesses at the mall, so he is still banned from GameStop).

• 1 October - Barb celebrates her 74th birthday.
• 2 October - Chris claims victory in the blue arms debacle, due to Sonic the Hedgehog being his non-blue-armed form in Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. He claims this is the final update for the group, but only time will tell if it continues or not.
• 4 October - Chris announces that he plans on selling Amiibos based on his personification of autism.
• 4 October - Chris' comments get him banned from an Amiibo Facebook group.
• 8 October - A full list of Sonichu amiibos is published on Facebook, as well a statement claiming that these may be the last ever produced.
• 9 October - Slaweel Ryam, Count Graduon, and Jerkop grunts are confirmed to be immortalized in amiibo form.
• 9 October - A fan shouts at Chris from a passing car, causing him mental stress.
• 13 October - Chris uploads five videos of himself playing Super Smash Bros., showcasing his custom Miis.
• 15 October - Chris's sixth court date. He ultimately winds up guilty for the GameStop incident, and was fined $541 and let off with a 180-day probation. Chris's ban from the Fashion Square Mall itself was also lifted.
