2025
2025 is the seventeenth year since Chris's discovery. Chris continued to promote his custom Transformers, publishing dozens of videos to YouTube. The year started off with the Charlottesville Fashion Square, a big part of Chris's youth and young adulthood and another place he was permanently banned from, having closed its doors for good. His association with Flutter is still currently ongoing with at least four more trips with her in Finland.
January

Chris made himself exceedingly scarce in the first month of the year, going unseen by anyone for the first time since October 2024, likely due to his third known trip to Finland continuing. Throughout the month he would publish three more reviews of his kitbashed figurines to YouTube. On the 20th, Pmurt was sworn in as President of the United States, much to Chris's dismay. On the 31st, the Charlottesville Fashion Square, foremost Love Quest haunt and the center of much of Chris's young and adult life, closed its doors for good after 45 years of service.
February
- Main article: February 2025
On the first of the month, Chris released a rambling, lore-laden post to Cwclight, titled The Autobots of Cwcville. The 4th saw Chris tease his new talking Sonichu and Rosechu plushes, officially offering them for sale on the 6th. Chris also began accepting commissions for custom medallions. Caden Peck got charged with speeding in Amherst County, with his address being listed as Big Island, VA. On Valentine's Day, Chris and Flutter were spotted back in the United States browsing at a pet store together. The 24th saw Chris reach his 43rd birthday; on the same day, Barbara was photographed, reportedly speaking to visitors for the first time since January 2024.
Interestingly, Chris did not release any videos during this month.
March
- Main article: March 2025
Near the beginning of the month, Chris announced that he would be livestreaming soon. On the 14th, Chris ended his YouTube hiatus by posting a video in which he reads Act 0 of Chaos Crystal Control (which he would eventually start over and do again in 2026), also unveiling a new "replica" of The Classic. Later that day, Chris livestreamed himself playing Sonic the Hedgehog (2006) on his PS3; this playthrough was continued on the 29th, then later in May. March also saw the 25th anniversary of Sonichu's creation (which Chris barely celebrated), and marked the second full year since Chris's release from jail. Compared to recent months, Chris was considerably more active on social media, making several dozen posts across both X and Bluesky. Chris went unseen in public, save for a single unconfirmed sighting on the 17th that reportedly took place at a Food Lion in an unknown US location.
April

Near the beginning of the month, Chris was seen back in Finland, marking his fourth known trip to the country. As per usual, Chris published prerecorded content throughout the month to hide this, with two Transformers reviews and even a video deceptively titled "Reviews from Chris Chan Etsy Store April 2025" which was actually most likely recorded in March, as given away by the expected delivery date on his own item (and the complete lack of reviews dated from April). The day after this video released, Chris was spotted and photographed eating with Flutter in Finland. Outside of this, his online activity was extremely limited, making only a single post on X at the very end of the month. Additionally, a new episode of The Chris Chan Conspiracy finally released after being teased in February, which included the anticipated interview footage from March 2024, and a portion of previously unseen writings from the Goddess Log (Chris's jail diary).
May
- Main article: May 2025
Chris started out the month by giving his thoughts on drama involving Saberspark and ILoveKimPossibleAlot. A few days later, he put a copyright claim in on Geno Samuel's Sonichu: The Animated Series for infringing on his right to steal copyrighted characters. His fourth trip to Finland was confirmed to be concluded a few days later, as he attended the Festival of Light in Lynchburg on 10 May. He also continued to publish more boring and unwatchable videos during this month, releasing five of them.
On 17 May, Chris would pause his gaming livestream to call a donor named Waltah White. In their nearly 20 minute chat, Chris is notably pressed for details about Big Island, Finland, and Flutter for the first time. Chris admitted to being in Big Island, but outright denied ever going to Finland, despite the overwhelming evidence. He refused to give any information about Flutter to the donor, even after being bribed with money, though he felt comfortable enough to tell him that she supposedly lives in Philadelphia and goes to university there. He brushed it off and resumed streaming, though the call was soon leaked.
Two days after the incident, Chris published Grounded Deep Response, a rather lengthy and introspective "apology" video in which he fails to properly take accountability. Chris makes it transparent that he wants to be recognized for his maturity and growth, which would technically be fair criticism to those who don't recognize the difference between the "classic" and more modern Chris, although he only says this because he doesn't like the way his viewers treat him (something which has been gnawing at him for months). The donation money apparently wasn't enough to keep the stress from piling up, as Chris holds back tears in the video, threatening to quit doing livestreams if the treatment continues. Chris seemingly followed through with this threat, and didn't livestream again until January 2026.
June
- Main article: June 2025
Chris published two prerecorded Transformers videos this month. On 7 June, he posted a picture which accidentally contained a partially obscured photograph of himself at an amusement park in Finland, although he hasn't acknowledged this yet. The following day, he created his very own AI chat bot replica of himself via Character.AI, sharing and endorsing the bot as a substitute for asking him questions. The day after that, the donor Waltah White repeatedly called Chris's phone, in which Chris hung up quickly, angrily saying that Walt "betrayed" him and threatened to finally block his number. Chris would then remain pretty silent for the following weeks, although he did record multiple Transformers videos near the end of June which would be released several weeks later.
July
- Main article: July 2025
Chris published two prerecorded Transformers videos this month. On 23 July, he would be spotted back in Finland with Flutter, marking his fifth known trip to the country. Notably, they were shopping at a market in Rauma, making it the first time they have been seen outside of the capital Helsinki.
August
- Main article: August 2025
Near the beginning of the month, Chris and Flutter were seen back in the United States again. Chris wrote a review of King of the Hill's new 14th season after completing it, enjoyed playing the free network test demo of Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, and also published five more tedious Transformers videos throughout the month. At the end of the month, Chris and Flutter were seen dining at a Red Lobster restaurant.
September
- Main article: September 2025
Chris's social media activity picked up for the month, mostly being about Transformers or random thought pieces. Seemingly out of nowhere, after a "suggestion" from an unknown party, Chris destroyed his Sonichu medallion which he had been wearing since 2009, and placed the remains into several new medallions, including his new primary Sonichu medallion which he considers upgraded and redeemed. Chris posted a picture of his new medallion on the 14th, and released a video of himself destroying the old one on the 18th. Also on the 18th, Chris created a new eBay account to list his Xbox One X for sale, which sold in only a few hours. On the 24th, Chris posted a video in which he claims to be speaking the forgotten "Akashic" language. At an unknown date near the end of the month, Chris and Flutter were spotted back in Finland, marking their sixth known trip, coinciding with Chris's inactivity during the following month.
October
- Main article: October 2025
October saw Chris become more inactive on social media compared to the month prior, with him releasing more content that was likely prerecorded, possibly due to still being in Finland as suggested by his confirmed presence there the month prior. He went completely unseen in public as he had did in January. On the 3rd, Chris published a video detailing his plan to send out Sonichu medallions worldwide, which according to him will help complete the Dimensional Merge. The season 3 premier of Smiling Friends ended up having a direct reference to THAT IS MY HOUSE. Chris would then publish three music videos throughout the month, all of which ended up on a CD which began being sold the following month.
Someone who had followed Chris for a bit circa 2009, Statustjej, began leaking their collection of Chris content which contained stuff that had previously been thought to have been lost to time.
November
- Main article: November 2025
Starting off the month, Chris finally responded to Smiling Friends referencing him with a ranting post. Two days later, he also revealed more of Bob's last words. OfficialCWCmart then began offering "replicas" of The Classic for sale, as well as Christian & the Hedgehog Boys CDs. Chris then soon after announced in a video that he is offering some of his old Transformers toys for sale, claiming the money would go towards paying off the second mortgage on 14 Branchland Court. Throughout the month he published a ton of boring Transformers content; including several different versions of the same music video. November notably has the highest amount of social media posts in 2025. On the 22nd, Chris was confirmed back in the United States, being spotted and photographed at Target. At the end of the month, Chris finished work on his TLUM Movie, proudly announcing that it would premier in January 2026.

The spam of Transformers content worsened, making up the entirety of the month, with Chris releasing several skit videos with and without subtitles. Near the beginning of the month, the time on Chris's phone shown in screenshots he had posted suggested that he had taken his seventh known trip to Finland; near the end of the month it would be confirmed with him being spotted and recorded there with Flutter. To Chris's credit, he had posted more this month than he usually does while in Finland. For a short period, he also began promoting that he was accepting digital drawing commissions.
